BREAST REDUCTION
Breast reduction surgery is for women with very large sagging Breasts that restrict their activities and cause them physical discomfort. Future Breast-feeding may not be possible, since the surgery removes many of the milk ducts leading to the nipples. The procedure does leave scars on the Breast although they’ll be covered by your bra or bathing suit. Dr. Ward will discuss the variables that affect the procedure such as your age, size, and shape of Breast and condition of your skin. He will also discuss where the nipple and areola will be relocated on the Breasts. This surgery is considered to be a cosmetic procedure and is therefore not covered by insurance.
