Dr. Ward is board certified by both The American Board of Surgery and The American Board of Plastic Surgery(ABPS). This is a very prestigious recognition that sets him apart from other Phoenix plastic sugeons. He is an active member as a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons(ASPS).
Dr. Ward graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received his medical degree from Emory University in Atlanta. His plastic surgery training was at the Medical College of Virginia. He is a member of the Humera Society, a very prestigious group of surgeons trained by Dr. Humera in Virginia. Dr. Ward has been in private practice in Phoenix for many years with his wife and family. They have been a very dedicated family to many Phoenix community organizations especially chairtity groups that rescue animals.
Dr. Ward was voted, by his peers, as a Phoenix Magazine "Top Doc" in Plastic Surgery. This magazine features the Valley's Best Physicians (i.e. the "Doctors that the Doctors recommend"). Dr. Ward was selected one of "America's Top Surgeons" by the Consumer's Research Council of America in 2008,2009,2010 and 2011.
